كيف بدأت ڤينورا

بدأت ڤينورا من تجربة عائلة في عمّان كانت تبحث عن ممرض يأتي إلى البيت لرعاية شخص عزيز عليها. كانت خدمة المستشفى المنزلية مكلفة جداً، والخيارات الأرخص غير موثوقة: تأخير، وعدم استعداد، وصعوبة في التواصل. وحتى إيجاد المستلزمات الطبية بسعر معقول احتاج أياماً من السؤال والبحث.

في الوقت نفسه، كان هناك ممرضون مهرة يعرضون خدماتهم عبر مجموعات واتساب، يصل إليهم المريض عن طريق وسطاء يأخذون جزءاً كبيراً من الأجر. بنينا ڤينورا لتصل الطرفين مباشرة، بثقة ووضوح.

Venora is a home nursing platform in Amman that connects families with qualified, license-verified nurses.

How Venora started

Venora started with a family in Amman looking for a nurse to come home and care for someone they love. The hospital's home service was far too expensive. Cheaper options were unreliable: late, unprepared and hard to reach. Even finding medical supplies at a fair price took days of asking around.

At the same time, skilled nurses were offering their services through WhatsApp groups, reached only through middlemen who took a large share of the fee. We built Venora to connect the two directly, with trust and clarity.
